Why Improve First exists

I’m Davina, the founder of Improve First.

Improve First helps you work out which step is limiting completed work and whether changing it would increase output. You can start with rough estimates and test an improvement before committing time or money.

It is a first-pass calculator, not a full simulation or an audited diagnosis. Results depend on the assumptions you enter. If you have a question, you can contact Improve First.
