Improve First is operated by THE ENOCH CLOCK LTD, company number 13718059, trading as Improve First. Contact us at team@improvefirst.com.

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent, guardian or organisation with authority over your use. If you use Improve First on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not use Improve First to:

• break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
• upload malware, secret keys, passwords or unlawful content;
• attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape or disrupt the service;
• misrepresent outputs as guaranteed professional advice;
• enter sensitive personal data where it is not needed.

Improve First provides deterministic process-capacity calculations, comparison tools, examples and reports based on the information you enter. It is a decision-support product, not a promise that a specific operational, financial or commercial result will occur.

You keep ownership of process names, step data, notes and other information you enter. You grant Improve First a limited licence to host, process, display, back up and transmit that content as needed to provide the service and support your account.

Improve First may offer free use, trials and paid Pro subscriptions. Monthly and annual plans are handled through Stripe Checkout and Stripe Customer Portal. Prices, taxes, billing periods and renewal terms are shown at checkout before payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Failed payments may pause, downgrade or end access. You can manage billing from your account page when billing is available.

The Improve First product, design, copy, calculation implementation, reports, examples, brand and software are owned by Improve First or its licensors. You may not copy or resell the service except where these terms or written permission allow it.

Improve First relies on third-party providers such as Hostinger, GitHub, Stripe and email services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you interact with them, especially at checkout.

We may suspend access where needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, respond to non-payment, or perform essential maintenance. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time, but will not silently reduce agreed product scope for active customers where that would be unfair.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Improve First is provided on a reasonable skill and care basis and is not liable for business decisions made without checking the underlying assumptions, data and context.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless consumer law gives you mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
